they have GREAT doctors! I had surgery at Thomson that fixed my nose and tonsils, thanks to Dr. Balachandran Appoo and his clinic. My friends also recommended Dr Bala ENT clinic here and I am glad I followed their advice But: Waiting time is terrible: even if you make an appointment and come by 9am when clinic opens - you might still have to wait for 3 HOURS IN THE QUEUE. If you come at 8:30 you might have to wait 2 hours. 😅

Come for Dr Bala ENT appointment for my son and as usual he is very friendly and helpful. Straight forward to the point and let us know the easiest way to solve the issue. Kosheela customer service was friendly and helpful to us. She been very kind and generous to my son. We enjoy the hospitality and the high quality service we get from the hospital. Thanks 👍

My Daughter recently was treated by Dr Balachandran Appo from Ent. We can never thank him enough for all his services, he's truly a man of honour in his words. We also thank him for all his tremendous skill in performing my daughter's operation. His talent and caring manner is a credit to the medical profession.
