Been warded 24 hours here due to GERD and possibly colon simptom. I had a Gastroscopy and Colonscopy done by Dr. Hamizah. She is very kind and professional doctor. I can say my treatment here is great. But the downside of this hospital is the nurse. I had to take 3 injection for every simple things they need to do. Putting a needle for a drip to my hand takes 3 tries by different nurse. Take blood sample also 3 tries by different nurse. And my last blood sample also had to be taken 3 tries to get it done. What "specialist" means than if they cannot get the job done on the first try.

I have been to this hosp so many times because my Gastro specialist Dr Hamizah is good. I have no other options since she is in this hosp, thus i have to get admitted here. I as doctor myself feel the service is horrible,worse than in govt hospitals. I required nebulizer and asked a few times with different nurses but waited for hours until i got irritated and went to the counter and asked again. Most of the nurses have no common sense. If you can avoid being admitted here, i suggest Gleneagles or Pantai hosp. They r way much better.

Kpj ampang putri is the best! Doc hamizah punya explanation sgt jelas. Hospitality pun sgt baik n bagus.
