I had a pleasant experience. Dr. Maryam is wise and friendly and fluent in English. All of the staff was helpful, heart-warming and smiling. You feel welcome. The Dr. accepts the individual patient's needs and wishes, listens closely with empathy and does not talk you into taking extra tests that you don't want. She just gives recommendations with pros and cons so it does not feel like a selling machine hospital like many others. The interior is warm and calming. They have experience with complicated cases. Also the staff understood English. The doctor's attitude nowadays is rare to find, a treasure. No rush during talking and finding right solutions with efficiency. The pharmacy staff was helpful and experienced too. I got all paperwork that I needed without long talks or hassle. The staff is relaxed too and patient. I wish worldwide hospitals could learn from this one.

gave birth here 2 times. 1st with founder (Dr. Khamsiah). 2nd with Dr. Maryam Sakinah. two different experiences and yet very memorable. both have different complications and yet had a normal birth. thanks to both Drs! 1st time took epidural as suggested by Dr Maryam. quit skeptical with epidural at 1st and not regretting with the decision. the after birth trauma is less! and can give birth with a smile! just trust the process! the service is also very good. there is massage for mommies after giving birth. lactation counselor, physiotherapist for guidance. nurses in the ward and labor room are also very helpful. cheap with a smile! the food is also delicious. best labor experienced!

Alhamdulillah, my wife safely gave birth to our first child at Andorra Hospital on 5 May 2025. From Week 5 of pregnancy until the day of delivery, Dr. Maryam and the hospital staff provided us with a highly professional and parent-friendly experience. Every piece of guidance was delivered clearly and proved to be very helpful. As a husband, I had the privilege of witnessing a smooth delivery process in the labour room, handled calmly and systematically by Dr. Maryam and her team. Even before the delivery, the hospital staff offered spiritual and emotional support to help my wife stay calm and prepared. Alhamdulillah, with just under an hour from the first push, our child was born safely within 50 minutes. Every step was clearly explained, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience throughout. As first-time parents, we were truly grateful for the dedication of the nurses on duty. They were incredibly supportive and attentive, always ready to assist, especially during the postpartum period. They guided us through newborn care and shared valuable tips for breastfeeding. Every necessary support was provided to my wife to help her recover quickly after childbirth. Kudos to the Andorra team! Your care and professionalism made this journey truly memorable for us.
