Warning : do not go to DR NG ENG SENG- so called hand surgeon. Lack empathy always eager to chase patient out of the door ,speak fast, with zero interest to heal. Complaint against Ng Eng Seng 1) i did my gangilion cyst removal the first time in 2021 for my right wrist. A few months later it came back and i went and get a second appointment from another Doctor and was informed didnt remove the root and asked me to meet Ng again. 2) i met Ng again on late last month and showed him also the gangilion in my left wrist. He said theres nothing much on the left. We proceeded to schedule second Surgery for the rught wrist on 31 May. 3) on 1 june he told me that the cyst was deep and he had to dig deeper then made me think he didnt do the right job the first time. He did the dressing for the right wrist . He told me he put on a waterproof bandage on me . He didn’t tell me to be careful with water 4) turned out when I went to a gp that bandage wasn’t waterproof. He lied. The GP changed it to waterproof but towards the then I didn’t really care about water cause I wasn’t informed on that 5) on 15 June met him, to remove stitches … the time I had with him barely 5 minutes he was seen short or time as usual but charged me 100% consultation fee. He told me that the wound is swelling and I recheck with him if the bandage he gave me was a waterproof and he said and I asked him why would he tell me otherwise then? He then told me to stay away of water which is a bit too late now. When I showed him my left wrist he said it could be removed but needed ultrasound to ensure its cyst too. Overall Ng has been unprofessional with his consultation and contradict and causes hardship and unhealed wound for me I lodged a complaint verbally at the hospital with an untrained female Indian lady. She didn’t seem to understand the gist of my complaint and was not helpful at all. Serious question…are all the staffs at sjmc are monkeys being fed peanuts now?

I met an accident and fractured both my wrists. Dr Ng Eng Seng was my surgeon. I’m glad to have met him as he is patient and understanding. He is very hands on as he changes the dressing himself, not the nurse. Overall, My surgery went well and it has been 2 month now, the recovery is very well too. Thanks doctor! 🙏😊 On a side note, attached is the charges for medical report fee. Haha Just FYI 😉
