Thank you to Dr. Lee Yeong Sing, General Surgeon, Dr. Azreen, Pakar Bius, and all the nurses at Orked Ward who attended to my mom during her three-day stay at UMSC. Special appreciation to the two male staff nurses on night shift (sorry, I forgot your names) who were incredibly dedicated in addressing all our questions and concerns as family members. May God bless all the healthcare workers for their kindness and dedication. Great service! However, the billing was quite pricey considering that the facilities are shared with PPUM. The doctor's fees were very reasonable, but the facility and equipment charges seemed high, especially compared to other private hospitals with more premium facilities. Since we are paying out of our own pocket and not through insurance, we would really appreciate it if there were a discussion with family members beforehand regarding the estimated cost of treatment. Hopefully, this aspect can be improved in the future. That being said, we are overall happy with the care provided and truly appreciate the dedication of the medical team
