Immense gratitude to Dr. Yazzid & Dr. Anand, the surgical team, and the surgical ward nurses who cared for me and managed my needs excellently and brilliantly. The service was outstanding, and the ward was comfortable and pleasant.

16/2/2024 I underwent ACL surgery and spinal RFA. Afterwards, when I tried to get up to go to the toilet, and then to stand up from the toilet bowl, my knee made a 'POP' sound. The next morning, the nurse came for rounds and asked me, 'Did the POP sound hurt?' Of course, I was in pain. When I asked for help from the nurse to enter the room, she made a face that I found unpleasant to see. I didn't come to the hospital for fun; I was admitted due to my pain under Dr. Yazid. To be honest, I've met several doctors at KPJ Klang: Dr. Asmah and Dr. Jee Shirli. The service from the doctors and CA was excellent. Praise should be given to these three doctor's assistants. Bad experience for check in via emergency.take almost 4 hours just to check in and the staff nurse at emergency are not friendly but lucky the doc and nurses at ward are good especially Dr Husin, Dr Hue,Dr Yazid,Dr Jamuna and Dr Arun.friendly doctors.Staff nurse as per below Wan nuriffah huda Wafi cashier emergency Kausy customer service Norayuni Hemala Devi Nurul Farah Shuhada And special shoutout to Ms Rima at ward customer service..very Friendly's lady. The food are lousy compared to Sunway hospital but the PUAS cafe food really not bad and price reasonable. On 10 May I had admitted again due to fell down and being treated by a very good doc Lau Yue Hui and also a very good nurse in ward 5.special thanks to Nur hazira hazwani Siti wahida Maisarah Nur khairunnisa Nur Najihah Nur Ainaa Care assistant Nur Dini qistini Nurul atiqah Only complaint is discharge took more than 6 hours...need to improve on that...

This is my second experience for treatment at KPJ Klang. If it's an orthopedic specialist, it must be Dr. Yazid, who is very friendly. He speaks fast but provides complete explanations, which is helpful. This time I stayed in room 623 on level 6. So far, it's been great. All the nurses are good. There was one nurse who was plump, I don't remember her name, she was very kind. Sister Ivanna and her team are easy to ask for help and calm when dealing with my behavior. I will stay here again. Parking is easy, especially with a Tesla, it's convenient to charge the car. The security guards are also good, some are friendly. I also can't forget the anesthesiologist, Dr. Anand, who is also great. If there are any allergies or issues with anesthesia, Dr. Anand is the best for explanations. He is understanding. I also can't forget the customer service, Ms. Kaulsay, who is good and quickly tackles problems. One thing I like about KPJ Klang is that it's not as crowded as Damansara or others. It's also easy to make appointments. All the staff are helpful. I mentioned the room smelled bad, and they put a lot of perfume. When I was about to register, someone had left an underarm odor. Thank you, KPJ Klang, for the good service.

Tq KPJ klang especially to Datin Dr Lilian and nurses at maternity ward and Dr. Yazid & Dr Hue and nurses at premier ward for great hospitality, 3 times admitted to KPJ on 2024 and 4th time on 6 Jan 2025. Received good treatment from all of them. Tq everyone at KPJ Klang.
