I am deeply touched by your willingness to be there early in the morning, late at night, and even on weekends. Your compassion and commitment mean more than words can express. My heartfelt thanks also go to the wonderful nursing team, including Nurse Koo, Nurse Lim, Nurse Tan, and the many other kind and attentive nurses who cared for me with such patience and warmth. To the helpful Emergency Department team, the friendly food delivery staff, the hardworking cleaners, and the ever-kind security guards—thank you all so much for your support and kindness. ^_^

A problem solver. An extremely helpful person. A sincere person you can count on. Those are just a few words to describe Carlyn Gan. We were lost when we couldn’t get an appointment with a doctor here last minute, but, Carlyn made it possible. She took at least 20 + mins non-stop trying to call each and every doctor to see if they can slot me in for an appointment. Her perseverance and patience is really to be admired and she should get an award for it! If I could describe Sunway Hospital, the things that set them apart is having people like Carlyn as part of their team.
