I did a registration to see a specific eye specialist on date posted on the website. I received a call from UMSC the next day but I had missed the call. I called UMSC at least 6 times and no one answered my call. How do I proceed with seeing the specialist? If it had been the UMMC, someone would have answered my call. UMSC is a private hospital, and yet the initial procedure to get an appointment has been appalling. I reregistered to see if I can see AP Dr S Singh on Tuesday 21 Oct. Hope the hospital authorities read my comments
