Followed up for my third pregnancy with Dr Imelda Balchin. The service and care provided were outstanding. The appointments were managed efficiently by the friendly clinic assistant, Ms Afiqah. Dr Imelda made sure her patient understand all options & risk involved. She gave a thorough explanation for each of the option and counselled accordingly. The delivery process was smooth, she handled unexpected situation very professionally. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. All nursing staff are so helpful and competent. All in all, a very pleasant experience of maternity care in this hospital.

My delivery journey was a true roller coaster, but I will always cherish it and never regret choosing KPJ Damansara. Dr. Sharina was my lifesaver. She followed her instincts and monitored my blood pressure at home, even though I had no issues during my 8 months of pregnancy. Fortunately, she discovered I had preeclampsia and immediately admitted me to the hospital. As someone who fears hospitals, medications, and injections, I was initially overwhelmed. But Dr. Sharina guided me through the experience with calm and reassurance. She comforted me and made me feel safe. She’s not just an exceptional OBGYN but also a caring presence like a mother. Although my first delivery didn’t go as planned with a normal delivery, I’m grateful for every moment. The operation went smoothly and I’m recovering well. Thank you Dr. Sharina and Nurse Kak Sue, for ensuring that both my baby and I were in good hands during my 6 days of hospitalization. I felt safe and supported every step of the way. I am truly grateful for their kindness and expertise. I will definitely choose Dr. Sharina for my next pregnancy ❤️ I want to also extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who cared for me during my stay. A big thank you to Dr. Wahidah and her anesthesia team for their constant support in the OT. Dr. Wahidah was right by my side, helping me feel calm and reassured throughout the process. I'm truly grateful to have crossed paths with her. I also want to thank Dr. Rakhee and her team for their exceptional care of my baby. To all the nurses in the Maternity Ward and Special Care Unit, you are my heroes too! Thank you for making my experience as a new mom so comfortable. Admitted to hospital for some procedures. Overall all good especially OT team room 2 , sn afifah, amalieyna, farah ,Dr toh puan maziah and anest datin Dr wahida. Not to forget sister bavani who is also taking care of me during post surgery , sn nurul aida, nadia, fezzy, zizie, ayu, ammar , amirah and whole kpj Team. It is almost 6 months now, from my amazing labour experience. This was my 2nd delivery and I'm happy with all the journey I go through. From my monthly checkup to weekly checkup, labour day then my first-time conception implant with my Awesome gynae Dr Imelda. Not only the doctor is wowed but the assistant Fiqa, my epidural doc, Dr Wahida we're amazing too. They were the best at their speciality. Going to Dr Imelda was my husband choice, he was bugging me to go to Dr Imelda. To tell you the truth, I also want to go to Dr Imelda but it is quite far from Rawang to Damansara. But It's not me who drive so I said YES. Since that moment, I have never regretted following his choice. The clinic was welcoming with a big fish tank and comfy sofa and the best part is the hospital have Coffee Bean. So yup I became their loyal customer since day 1 I came to the hospital. I drank Hot Vanilla Latte every time I visited KPj Damansara. Experience wise, Dr Imelda is exactly like herself on Tv. She’s very knowledgeable, factual, detailed, soft-spoken, kind, precise on every piece of advice given and super cute. If you are pregnant, go set your appointment with her and you will understand my statement. Even when I'm in the labour room, she calms, and I followed her advice and I experience easy labour. Only 3 minutes pushing, no tears and I still feel well after the labour. Alhamdulillah for the amazing labour this time. Thank you KPJ Damansara, my amazing doctors, Dr Imelda and Dr Wahida and very helpful Fiqa from Dr Imelda clinic for always being there for me and taking care of my baby boy Neil Adeeb (8.8.21) from the womb until delivery.

I am taking care of my husband at room 415 who had undergone a brain tumor surgery. Since admitted, the service is superb. The doctors-in-charge; Dato’ Dr Zurin Adnan (neurosurgeon) and Datin Dr Wahida (anestesiologist) have been very professional and so caring to my husband. After the surgery, my husband had been placed at the ICU for 4 days and I was very satisfied with the service of the staff at the ICU. They have done outstandingly good job. Now he is in the ward and as expected, not only the facilities are good but the staff are exceptionally 👍🏻 Besides, as the patient’s guardian, the hospital is not at all a boring place, once a while I would spend my time at Kreate cafe and Coffee Beans. Congratulations KPJ Damansara and keep up the good work!
