Very, very satisfied with the OT staff, especially Dr. Suraya & Dr. Zabri. Also, not forgetting the staff from 3B, ICU staff, and staff from 4B. Thank you very much for taking care of me from being critically ill until I recovered. Only Allah can repay your kindness. KPJ Shah Alam is THE BEST 👍

KPJ is the best. Dr. Zabri is the best and very, very nice. Highly recommend for ENT specialists. Every follow-up, he asks, 'Yes, Rabiatul, what can I help you with?' His explanations are excellent and top-notch. Dr. Zabri is truly the best. All the nurses on Ward 3C are kind and awesome. Thank you KPJ, Dr. Zabri, and the nurses for celebrating my birthday on Ward 3C. The best moment.

I was here back & forth because my husband had an operation to clear his sleep apnea issues with ENT specialist Dr. Zabri. This KPJ branch has a more relaxed ambient compared to KPJ Damansara (I was warded there). Abundance of parking (TnG & MyDebit). You can even park across the street in the shophouses area. So no need to worry about looking for places to eat. There is only 1 cafe & 1 market on the ground floor. Services just like any private hospital. Prepare your G.L. & insurance number, and then everything will be easy. But the hospital needs some upgrading, especially for the rooms. But the worst was, the patient's breakfast, lunch & dinner. It was the same menu for almost 1 week! After the doctor told the nurses to change the menu to suit the patient's post-surgery, the lunch/dinner changed to something not suitable for throat surgery. This is a private hospital, we paid a lot, but they can't hire a dietician to cater a special diet for patients.
