KPJ Seremban truly deserves 5 stars. I delivered under the care of Dr. Khairun Nisa and received exceptional support from her and the labour room nurses. The Seri Menanti ward staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities were excellent. A special thank you to staf nurse Rahmah for her wonderful guidance on newborn care and breastfeeding. My appreciation also goes to paediatric specialist Dr. Sum and the nursery nurses for taking such good care of my baby throughout the night. Overall, it was a truly positive and memorable experience

The staff at the waiting ward are some of the best. Very good service for a first time mommy like me. Thank you so much to Dr Khairun Niza, Dr Sum and the nurses who were directly or indirectly involved from the ED, labor room and ward who helped a lot throughout the process of giving birth to my first child. Honestly, the experience of giving birth at KPJ this time was definitely the right choice. From the short waiting period, the way the doctor and nurse handled the patient was very smooth like VVIP service. Throughout the contractions in the labor room, the nurses were among the people who helped a lot to give more encouragement to a first time mommy like me apart from my husband. The newborn screening conducted by Dr Sum was also very clear and easy to understand for an inexperienced mommy like me. I will definitely always make KPJ the number one choice in my heart for any treatment.
