I like receiving treatment at KPJ Selangor because the services provided are excellent, with a very good and extremely helpful doctor. I have been with him since 2021, Dr. Ferdhany Bin Mohamad Effendi (Orthopedic Specialist). Thank you, Doctor, and all the frontline staff such as the nurses, counter staff, and everyone involved who helped me, including the cleaning staff who carry out cleaning duties. Please continue to maintain the commendable attitude that you all have given and shown to all of us patients receiving services at KPJ Selangor. I had very unpleasent experince today at KPJ Shah Alam. I was at level 5, requesting for assistance with the nurse at the counter at Level 5. My request was to assist me with my insurance form. The reply I got was " Maaf Puan, pls datang esok sebab Doktor Ferdhany cuti hari ini & kami x nak simpan form Puan ni sebab nanti hilang" 😏. I was really pissed off received this reply from a private hospital. However, I insisted & she referred me to another nurse who at the 1st place saying that the Doktor is on leave and that I need to come in later but since I was already pissed off, I don't give way, she later told me to refer to One Stop Centre at Level 1. I finally got my thing done. At the 1st place why can't the 1st nurse assist me by saying, pls refer to ONE STOP CENTRE???

Excellent service by Wad 4B and Dr Ferdhany. Very friendl, helpful and know their stuff.
