Very good service thank you Dr Eee

Was here solely because Dr. Eee practices here, and it was absolutely the right decision. SMCV is fairly new but impressively clean & well-equipped. The nurses were passionate and surprisingly experienced that they were able to respond swiftly and calmly to emergencies. I felt safe and well cared.

We recently welcomed our baby here and had a wonderful experience under the care of Dr. Eee, whose expertise and calm demeanour gave us great confidence throughout the delivery. The nursing team was exceptionally attentive and supportive around the clock, always ready to assist whenever needed. Our baby was seen by Dr. Chan, who impressed us with her keen observation and thorough knowledge. She was quick to identify our baby’s tongue tie and signs of jaundice, and provided clear guidance on the next steps. Overall, we’re very grateful for the professional care and support we received during this special time. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment with Dr Eee Ching Woo last month. I was quite dissatisfied with his prognosis and treatment. He seemed nonchalant and dismissive throughout, giving me minimal information without much thought. When I asked questions about my diagnosis, he told me I could Google it. As a private medical institution, it is quite unreasonable for you to charge such fees and then tell patients to ‘Google it’. Perhaps it was a matter of bad day/bad timing, but I am quite disappointed by the whole process in general. The nurse, reception and other assisting staff were good though.

My experience undergoing uterine surgery at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity was truly excellent, especially with my attending physician, Dr. Eee Ching Woo. This doctor's skills are outstanding—meticulous, patient and thorough in explaining the entire process to help patients understand. Additionally, Nurse Ms. Vee was very friendly and eager to assist. The hospital environment was hygienic and clean, and the room was well-maintained.
