Dr. Zuzaila and Ms. Eva's hospitality made it easy for me. I am very grateful to the Emergency Department team and the staff of this hospital. I arrived feeling weak with a fever and cough—from registration to treatment, everything was orderly. The doctors and nurses were very polite, patient, and took the time to explain my condition clearly. The hospital was also clean and comfortable. Thank you for taking good care of me when I needed it most.

The staff at emergency department headed by Dr. Ganasan were very professional and helpful to the patient. Special mention to Dr. Iuzaila and Staff Nurse Magdalene who have been very patient and so caring in performing their duties. They made the patient feel so comfortable and felt assured of being under the their good care. In addition, we did not have to wait too long for the radiologist report.
