I recently underwent treatment at the newly established Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil Hospital, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care provided. From the moment of admission, the reception staff exhibited warmth and efficiency, ensuring a smooth process. The hospital's pristine environment further enhanced the sense of comfort and confidence. My sincere appreciation goes to my attending Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Mohd Johan, and also Dr. Thiagu, Radiologist for their exemplary care and steadfast dedication. Their expertise significantly contributed to my recovery journey. I also wish to extend my gratitude to Dr. Rohini and the Emergency Department team for their prompt and compassionate response during my initial admission. The support staffs as well as nurses and medical assistants played an integral role in ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. Their professionalism and kindness were truly commendable. Nurse, facility & services: 5 ⭐ Food: certain meals can be too salty. 4 ⭐ Admissions & discharge in respect of insurance claim: very slow. I had to wait 6 hours before being given a bed. Discharge process takes time too or maybe the doctor was trying to rip off my insurance because i was hold for another day despite me being very clear i wanted to be discharged the day before. 3 ⭐ Asyraf from Radiology: very kind, gentle & considerate. He's so respectful to me throughout his service. 5 ⭐ Amirrul from Rehabilitation: the best physio experience ever. He explains & shares so many things to me. I gain a lot of useful knowledge from him. He also encourage me to do take-home exercise every day. Please raise his salary 👏🏻 1000⭐ Dr Malini from Sports Medicine: she assessed my condition gently and thoroughly and then proceed to explaining the whole situation VERY CLEARLY. I appreciate her using simple terms & not overwhelmed us by jargons. Love that! 5 ⭐ Dr Muru from Orthopedic: he was kind in the beginning & explain my condition nicely. But when he hold me for another day in the ward with an excuse that it's already night for discharge process, I felt something is not right. After he told me the cost of operations i said the amount has exceeded my insurance coverage & i would need to go to other hospital within my means. Dr Muru tried to help by getting in touch with his friend in HKL & according to Dr Muru's nurse i will have a surgery within 10 days and I have to wait for HKL nurse to call me. 5 days after that i still haven't received any call from HKL nurse so I got in touch with Dr Muru's clinic. The nurse said she'll ask Dr Muru about it. Days went by without any update nor phone calls. Until Friday i kept calling Dr Muru and HKL trying to confirm the said arrangement but to no avail. In the end, i finally got to call Dr Muru on Friday 4pm. He admitted that he got all the messages & queries from his nurse and PROCEED TO SCOLD ME. i was extremely shocked by this bcs this attitude is the total opposite of Dr Muru i met the week before. He raised his voice and repeatedly say he cannot arrange everything for me & there's nothing else he can do. I was so dumbfounded by this bcs HAD HE OR HIS CLINIC CALLED ME 3 days earlier, I would have tried other ways to get the treatment. But NOBODY CALLED ME TO SAY SO. Now all I'm getting is scorn by Dr Muru & still in pain. So, no thank you for Dr Muru's service..avoid him at all cost. He is dishonest with his words 👎🏻 0 ⭐

Today I came to Radiology for an Ultrasound. Ms. Husna and Dr. Thiagu were very friendly. I wasn't scared at all. It was comfortable throughout the ultrasound process. Thank you, Dr. Thiagu, for performing the ultrasound for me.

5 stars to these staff! Medical Assistant - Ain (Emergency): Excellent at inserting needles, very kind and sweet. Top-notch skills ❤️ Food Service - Fatin: Very friendly, nice, and explained in detail, always reminding that food needs to be eaten immediately to avoid food poisoning. Xray - Husna, Asyraf, Nadia, Fazlan, Dr. Thiagu: All top-notch!! The bestttt!! Very professional!! Ward MD5 - Raihana, Mun, Jenis: Very caring, made the patient feel calm ❤️ Physio - Shobani, Rozita: Really loved the ultrasound massage. Knew where the problematic muscles were. Skills & experience undeniable. Dr. Zamri: High-class trauma surgeon, explained everything in detail, and his assistant Vina is so kind. Love her. OT team - Dr. Afiq (anesthetist): Calming explanation. Went from nervous to cool down after the explanation haha. Don't know the names of all the nurses in the OT, but all were the best. Pushed me into the operating room with smiles, which made the patient less nervous. Thank you so much ❤️
