The doctors I entrusted to care for my mother didn't do a good job. Expensive meds were prescribed and some of the consultation visits were just a waste of time and money. Her condition did not get better and she passed away. I'm referring to Dr Philip Poi and Dr Cheah Chee Ken. This is an update to my review since Customer Service contacted me to give feedback and assured me of a response. However, after more than 2 months and numerous calls to them (very difficult to contact them as they don't answer the phone - what Customer Service?!), they failed to provide any official reply to my email complaint despite assuring me they would. It clearly reflects their poor attitude and insincerity towards patients and family members. Pathetic for a supposedly esteemed medical center.

Please look into Pharmacy Dept, Tower A. Pharmacist/s competency is appalling. 19th Feb - my usual checkup with Dr Cheah CK, paid for Simponi, FOC Simponi not available at that point. It was quite a normal experience, where pharmacist Ting Wei will speak to me personally and make arrangements on pick up. However, to my horror on that day, pharmacist attending *a young malay lady, looked at me and said, FOC not available. collect another day. I asked her how will i know when to contact, she looked at me in a daze, so i said are you going to call me? Answered YES,I had to ask her but do you have my mobile number - NO was her answer. Gave details etc and i asked for a copy of prescription slip, she said none. so asked her to give me a copy of what she has. ( I have a picture) I had to keep chasing Dr Cheah clinic for Simponi jab as my next jab cycle was due on the 21st of March. Mind you, ZERO communication for your pharmacy. So much for caring for our health!! 15th March - was informed by clinic to pick up Simponi. Went to pharmacy and gave document that was given to me. Pharmacist Fatih Farina attended to me and told me document insufficient, mentioned some acronym document that is required for her release injection. Told her that document is from your Pharmacy and I have no idea what that acronym means. Made a bit of a fuss, she went inside and took a good 30 mins!! came out with a smaller box, white background some green prints and gave it to me. I asked her if this is a new packaging...to my HORROR,she gave me to WRONG injection!!!!!!! How can a hospital let this happen??? I am shocked!!! if you do not look into this and take stern, i will have to report this incident to the authorities. Your pharmacy DO NOT deserve any star.
