Efficient nurses, very cordial and dr shamala is a very good doctor

I'm having a good experience throughout my stay in SJMC. My doctor, Dr Shyamala really took a good care of me. She took the time to explain in details about my condition, the treatment and what should be done to mitigate the risk again in the future. I feel happy with the treatment and felt assured about my health condition in her hand. My attending physiotherapist, Mr. Ram is friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions regarding the therapy. He even suggest the alternative to the therapy that I'm having in the hospital so I can do it at home. The instructions he gave are clear, concise and easy to remember. The nurses and staff in Ward 4D are nice and helpful. They're all very polite and attend to me kindly when I need help giving me a wholesome experience for this admission. Thank you to everyone involved in SJMC and hope the excellent service will continue.

Dr. Shyamala's (respiratory amd internal medicins) staff very rude. When asked simple question on whether payment is needed for blood test consultation, her answer was "I cant ask the dr, she will yell at me" "I cant ask the blood test clinic, i dont have authority" Very very rude. Dr. Shymala is good but the front staff are terrible, horrie experience.
