Dr. Mohd Arif Mohd Zim is a distinguished consultant pulmonologist and specialist in internal medicine at KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital. His international experience includes his undergraduate medical degree from the prestigious Trinity College of Dublin, Ireland, followed by three years of working experience in the Irish healthcare system. This foundational training in Europe provides him with a global perspective on patient care. Dr. Arif further honed his expertise by obtaining a Master's degree in Internal Medicine from the University of Malaya in 2010 and completing his subspecialty training in respiratory medicine in 2014. With extensive experience as a consultant pulmonologist at several major hospitals, including former roles as Head of the Respiratory Unit and Head of the Internal Medicine Department, Dr. Arif is a recognized leader in his field. He is an active researcher and the current secretary of the Malaysian Association of Bronchology and Pulmonology (MABIP). His memberships in the European Respiratory Society (ERS), Malaysian Thoracic Society, and Sleep Disorder Society of Malaysia underscore his commitment to staying at the forefront of respiratory medicine.
