(ISSUE SOLVED) KPJ has been responsible on this and clear the balance on behalf. Thanks the team Ms Yusra and Dr Afidah on the effective action. Case: Patient go for emergency and wait for long time, while asking counter on insurance issue, the Indian girl just ask me go to finance Tanya sendiri? Is okay, Ady requested must have GL baru proceed treatment. In the end panggil saya bayar kerana hospital tak ikut procedure and miscommunication LUPA request GL. Panggil patient bare cost for hospital mistakes? Most important hospital panggil until selesai case in Dan panggil I pergi. Tapi, takde org sana dan panggil tak jawab 👎 In the end WhatsApp kat I panggil nak proceed legal. What attitude?
