I had a very good experience during my treatment. Dr. Naveen was extremely understanding and kind. He really took the time to understand me and my pain tolerance, and he treated me according to my needs with great care and patience. I felt very comfortable and safe under his care. Dr. Sudarwin was also very caring and down-to-earth. He listened carefully and handled everything calmly and professionally. Both doctors made me feel well supported throughout my treatment. Ward staff nurse Aisyah was excellent too. She didn’t just follow instructions mechanically , she clearly explained everything she was doing and took care of me very responsibly and sincerely. I’m truly grateful to all three of them for their dedication and compassion. Please continue your wonderful service. Highly recommended!
