97D: Thanks to the nurses who took care of me and came to my ward many times to help me with my IV drip, opening and closing it multiple times. I had to rush to the toilet frequently, and it was very considerate that they always flushed the drip slowly each time. Because it hurts a lot if it's done too fast. They also gave me a hot pad and a sandwich in the middle of the night. Dr. Sudarwin also provided many explanations, tips, and took many measures to help me recover quickly. However, the ward check-in and discharge process took an incredibly long time. I had to wait for more than 4/5 hours 🫠 By the way, thanks everyone! ✨

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire medical team for their exceptional care and dedication. Special thanks to Dr Karthi (Orthopaedic Surgeon), Dr Sudarwin (Physician), and Dr Ganesh (Anesthetic) for their professionalism, skill, and continuous support throughout my recovery. The nursing teams in MD1 and ICU were truly outstanding. Special appreciation to SN Asnawi, SN Raffiqul, all MD2 staff, and all other nurses for their kindness, patience, and wonderful service. Their compassion made a difficult time much more comfortable. I am also very thankful to Senior Physiotherapist Mr Segar and the students from University of Cyberjaya, Ms Khoo Xin Hui and Ms Daranee, for their encouragement and guidance during rehabilitation. Overall, the teamwork and level of care provided were excellent. Please continue your amazing service. 💪🥰

MD2 99A Dr. Sudarwin - Recommended Dr. Alif - Recommended Dr. Sazzli - Avoid unless you have heart disease My husband and I both admitted for Denggi. Dr. Sudarwin (Pakar Am) and Dr. Alif (Pakar Kuman) treated my husband very excellent. Dr. Sudarwin came to see patient twice a day and Dr. Alif once a day since he based in Hospital Selayang. We can feel the sincerity. After 4 days, I started to get sick and tested positive for Denggi. First, they assigned me Dr. Sazzli which is a cardiologist which I don’t know why ( I don’t have any heart issues at all). But this Dr. Sazzli, always rushing during rounds, every time I see him only like 1 or 2 mins and he only come once a day. I feel its a red flag. As if, he only do rounds because it have to be done not that he really wanna see or care for patients. Then, after few days, he start asking nurses to ask me if I’m okay to do echo and holter. Nurse mentioned this could be cover or not covered by insurance, have to do first only then find out. If not covered, we have to pay hundreds!!! This is when it raise the biggest flags! I am not a heart disease patient. Why would he want to do unnecessary procedures on me just to get that insurance money. It’s not ethical and it’s not professional. Thank God I already seen what kind of procedure they did on my husband first so I know what to expect and what is unnecessary. Lastly, I said I want to change to Dr. Sudarwin and I got it. I am very satisfied with Dr. Sudarwin. He is the best. Very recommended Dr. Sudarwin and Dr. Alif.
