Saya dirawat oleh Dr. Sudarwin. Very friendly doctor, concerned and open to hear my opinion. Great experience. However, some nurses still have difficulties taking my blood and said my veins are halus. While Dr. Mohan, if i’m not mistaken, took my blood at the same injection point and managed to get it. He was the 4th try after 3 attempts by nurses failed. Sakit sangat. Also, another day, a Malay woman from lab department also managed to take my blood on her 1st attempt and injecting on a point where other people said “urat halus”. Very easy and not painful. Please be more humane and only give experts to take blood from patients especially patients that is required to do blood test every single day. If you are good at it you can surely get the vein and blood.

My first ever experienced hospitalized and I am glad that I choose Columbia Asia Setapak. Dr Sharizan has been an excellent doctor for my Achilles tendon problem. I did two surgeries under her care. Both times are excellent. I was treated with full care and the treatment improves my health. Under Dr Sudarwin, I have finally able to stabilize my blood pressure with the right treatment and medicines. Total stayed in hospital twice in 4 months were about 10 days warded in 2 bed room and 4 bed room. Both excellent experience. All nurses were very helpful and professional. Anything I need, is just a button call away. Another best part is the quality of food provided here. Absolutely tasty and nutrition. Totally recommended this hospital. 5 ⭐
