      Doc Ng Kooi Heng examined and explained my condition very carefully and attentively, and the nurses and customer service representative Afifah also provided excellent service. The ward was clean and tidy, and the food was satisfactory. Overall, the experience made me feel completely at ease staying here. I hope the hospital continues to provide such high-quality service, and I also hope everyone will treat medical staff kindly; they work incredibly hard!
