Dr. Daren Teoh Choon Yu is a distinguished Consultant Clinical Oncologist and a pioneer in cancer care and research in Sabah. With extensive experience as a principal investigator in over 10 international multi-centered clinical trials, he has made significant contributions to oncology research, evidenced by publications in prestigious journals. Dr. Teoh is recognized for establishing and leading cancer initiatives in Sabah, including heading the Sabah Cancer Centre and founding the Clinical Research Centre in Hospital Likas. He is also an honorary lecturer at University Malaysia Sabah, actively sharing his expertise in cancer management and new treatment applications across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
