It started with a Facebook Messenger recommendation from WSM Medic, and I was referred to Dr. Hoh Siew Yep at Pantai Hospital Cheras. The registration process was very smooth, and the explanations provided were very satisfactory. I had no hesitation and felt very confident to proceed with the Hemorrhoids procedure with Dr. Hoh. I am extremely satisfied with all hospital staff, from the admission registration to the care from the duty nurses, and the services provided were truly the best. For women experiencing hemorrhoid issues, please see Dr. Hoh. He is very considerate of our sensitivities as women and can arrange for female staff to attend to us in the endoscopy and operating rooms.
