He took very good care of me and patiently explained every detail of my treatment in a clear and reassuring manner, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my care. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the Ward 2 staff nurses, Logeswary, Nadia, and Fitrah. They took wonderful care of me during my stay. Whenever I needed to go to the washroom, they personally assisted me, holding and supporting me to ensure my safety. Their kindness, patience, and attentiveness truly made a difference, and I felt extremely blessed to receive such caring support. Well done to the PHSP staff nurse team and the entire healthcare team for their dedication and compassion. Additionally, I would like to commend Staff Nurse Privithaa from the Emergency Department for her kindness and professionalism. She inserted the branula and took my blood very gently, and I did not feel any pain at all. She carried out her duties excellently and clearly gives her best in everything she does. Finally, I would like to thank Ambassador from the Public Relations team, Raj, who assisted me very well and was extremely helpful. His support and guidance were greatly appreciated. Overall, I am very grateful to the entire team for the outstanding care, professionalism, and kindness shown to me.
