Very much appreciate to extend my heartfelt to Dr. Tan Ee Ping, Dr. Cha, Dr Debbie, Dr Hasbe and the whole surgery team for the highly professional and precise done during my recent surgery. Stayed in Ward level 3A, where the nursing staff are attentive efficient, caring, and always ready to help.. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication were remarkable. And special thanks to Ms. Tan for her professional health advice during my stayed. Thanks to the MRI team for their skill and kindness during whole mri scanning process. Dr Ng Char Hong, Breast Surgeon & Dr Hasbe Zuraina Abu Bakar, Anaesthesiologist both of them are very professional, experienced, skilful and friendly. Outcomes is I had painless growth removal without need of pain killers after surgery. Even needle injection without pain. Strongly recommended. Others Doctors are also experts and experienced doctors in respective fields. Nurses are very friendly and efficient. Especially Cik Azul who did dressing for me ; so gently done and Cik Nik who accompanied me after surgery while waiting in surgical ward to be transferred back to room ward. I am fully support and agreed work life balance and fun at work, however need some minor adjustment at the nursing counter on lower down a bit on voices volume while talking time. The meals are so delicious, big portion and nutritious. Serving with cray bowl and plate are very good. Five star for it! Housekeeping needs improvement on maintaining clean prolong. Currently the environment of whole hospital are very clean and pleasant olfactory environment . However, bathroom bottom of the wall near bathing, basin for washing face and toilet bowl started accumulating stains. I did requested the cleaner to wash the stain on basin and he did it good. Picaso is a new and nice hospital; it is easier to clean up minor stain and maintaining clean environment for onwards. The admin staff and ambassadors are average overall. They are not bad just lack of warm and hospitality feelings towards patients . Overall I am rating Five star for 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for Picaso Hospital and strongly recommend. Most importantly, thank you 🙏🏻 very much to Dr Lawrence Chan, Cardiologist of CVSKL insisted me do Female Health Screening & Referred me to Dr Ng Char Hong of Picaso for immediate treatment 💕
