Followed up for my third pregnancy with Dr Imelda Balchin. The service and care provided were outstanding. The appointments were managed efficiently by the friendly clinic assistant, Ms Afiqah. Dr Imelda made sure her patient understand all options & risk involved. She gave a thorough explanation for each of the option and counselled accordingly. The delivery process was smooth, she handled unexpected situation very professionally. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. All nursing staff are so helpful and competent. All in all, a very pleasant experience of maternity care in this hospital.

I received Dr. Imelda's services before getting pregnant again. Then, after becoming pregnant, I continued to receive her services until I safely delivered my beloved child. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She is also very helpful to patients like me (incompetent cervix). Every weekly check-up with her was a time I looked forward to. All my questions were answered well by her. She is very empathetic. She is also very responsible. I have met many gynecologists. Dr. Imelda is the best. KPJ Damansara is fortunate to have a specialist like her. I hope she continues to serve because I want to receive her services for my next child. As long as Dr. Imelda is serving at KPJ Damansara, that is where I will receive my treatment. Aini Afiqah and Dr. Alia Yasmin, Dr. Imelda's assistants, added to my joy while receiving services at Dr. Imelda's Clinic. They always provide excellent and friendly service. They are very professional. Furthermore, I am also very satisfied with the services of Dr. Iqbal, my child's pediatrician. Dr. Iqbal is also a very knowledgeable doctor in his field. It’s funny how it’s all started with just a google review, and that’s our story on how we entrusted KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital with our firstborn. What sold us to this hospital was the service, and they did not disappoint. Here’s to appreciating the staff from Dr Lee Lin Ing who was our gynae for the past 9 months - he takes his time to explain things to us newbies and gives the best advices and options to our own decision making. Not forgetting the amazing nurses who have given us some of the best services hands down during our stay here. As my water broke, I was admitted midnight, and they were caring and very helpful. They also kept me calm and assured me each time when I approached them with questions. As we were first-time parents, they taught us so much on how to care for our newborn. Dato' Dr Musa, who cared for our newborn, took time to explain and gave us detailed information regarding our newborn. Because my water broke until the time I delivered was more than 24 hours, Dato' Dr Musa took precautions to ensure that my newborn was healthy and was treated before we could discharge from the hospital. Dr Roseaidy attended to me midnight when I requested for epidural, and he is good. He ensured that my doubts were cleared and he did a very good job during the procedure. Post delivery, he checked in on me and ensured that all went well during my delivery. I appreciate all of them for their dedication and care to us.
