HR need improvement . Arrogant doctors “doctor”Koh Tat Ngee , rude and unprofessional. Why is HR hiring doctors that are offensive to patients? Doesn’t listen to patients problem told us to go find other doctor . Are you in a hurry to go back home and retire ? Why is gleneagle hiring this type of specialist. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at Dr. Koh Tat Ngee's ENT clinic. I found Dr. Koh to be dismissive and impatient when responding to my questions, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard. His comment, "If you don't trust me, don't waste 15 minutes here," was both unwelcoming and unprofessional. Overall, my experience was quite negative and disappointing.
