I delivered my first baby at Prince Court Medical Centre, under the care of Dr. Paul Tay. He was always kind, patient, and explained everything clearly throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I was very nervous before the surgery, but he made me feel calm and safe — I’m truly grateful for his excellent care. During my stay, Nurse Lina guided me through breastfeeding with such patience and detail. Thanks to her, I was able to successfully breastfeed my baby for the first time. All the nurses were incredibly kind and attentive, and the facilities were spotless and comfortable. Everything was perfectly managed — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Service - First class especially by the nurses during my 3-Days stay here. My whole pregnancy experience with Dr Paul Tay was terrific. He is the most practical and understanding person. Food - Being a vegetarian, i was served well with all type of vegetarian cuisines. Ambiance - Room, toilet and furnishings were outdated. Looks old for the price we were paying. Management should consider on refurbishment of the room interior. Price - I did a fair amount of research on private hospitals in KL for charges on pregnancy delivery. PCMC consider to be one of the costly private hospital in town. However, considering the doctor and the service we received, the amount we paid were fair and worthy. One thing to recommend, PCMC should reveal the price/package with provisional rate (inclusive and exclusive things) ahead to the patients on the first day of consultation.
