I am especially grateful to all the medical team. During my 6 days, 5 nights stay in Ward B2, Room B216, I truly and deeply appreciate the care, dedication, and compassion you all showed me throughout. A special thank you to my attending doctors, Dr. Balrej and Dr. Indra. I am so thankful to have met both of you. Your professional guidance, clear and patient explanations, and reassurance helped me go from fear to calm and confidence. Because of you, my surgery was a success. You both are truly outstanding, and I cannot thank you enough. To every nurse who looked after me during both day and night shifts. Thank you for your consistent and kind care. Among all of you, there is one young night shift nurse whom I want to thank from the bottom of my heart. She took care of me from around May 9th to May 13th, 2025. Unfortunately, I did not see her again after about 4am on the mornings of May 14th and 15th before the shift change, and in my pain, I forgot to ask her name. She wears glasses, is petite and young, and each time I saw her, she wore a black Adidas jacket over her uniform. (I hope the hospital won’t mind or punish her for this. I truly understand that night shifts can be cold, and in fact, this jacket made her stand out to me and left a deep impression.) I am incredibly grateful for the warmth and attentiveness she showed. When I was in pain and alone in the hospital at night, her care made me feel comforted and not so alone. She helped me went to the bathroom with such patience and was always observant of my condition. Thank you so much, dear young nurse. I saw how passionate and committed you are to your work. You are a shining example of what it means to care for others. If the hospital is able to help me identify her, I would love the opportunity to meet her again and thank her in person. I sincerely hope the hospital can recognize her efforts and consider rewarding her for the amazing care she provided. Nurses like her truly make a difference in the lives of patients. Thank you once again to everyone at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. You made my difficult days easier, and I will always remember your kindness.

Very good. I did minor surgery here n Staff nurse nur Sabrina & dayangku was very good & patience dealing with me! The reason I came to pantai kl is for dr balraj. His nurse erliana is also forever helpful n proactivem Dr Balraj was my previous doctor in government hospital for my cancerm. He is always so good.. not regretting paying for such a good service from their welcoming staff to the lab for blood test, ctscan & dressing staffs. I am glad I choose to do it here.

I came to Pantai Hospital (Bangsar)due to a lump on my back and was referred to Dr. Balraj Singh, who is an exceptionally attentive and caring doctor. He acted swiftly and admitted me immediately for surgery, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The staff Cik Erliana at Dr Balraj clinic was very helpful and caring. Throughout my stay in Ward B337, I received excellent professional care. Although I didn’t manage to get all their names, every single staff member I encountered was efficient, polite, and incredibly dedicated. Their warm and attentive care made my recovery so much smoother. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Operation Theatre team, especially Ms. Anis and Ms. Anas and Mrs Mathavi for their excellent care before and after the surgery. Recently, I was admitted to Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur due to acute abdominal pain. I was under the care of Dr. Gew and Dr. Balraj, both of whom are incredibly experienced and skilled professionals. They performed a gallbladder removal surgery with exceptional precision—resulting in minimal side effects and barely noticeable surgical scars. Beyond their medical expertise, what truly stood out was their humility and compassionate approach. Despite their credentials, they were down-to-earth, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. I’m deeply grateful for the excellent care I received. I also want to give a big shout-out to the nurses and the surgical team in the operating theatre. Their support, efficiency, and compassion made a huge difference during my recovery.
