I visited The Eye Specialist clinic for my eye problem and I was very impressed by their service. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the clinic was clean and comfortable. Dr. Aida Zairani Bt Mohd Zahidin was very experienced and skilled in her field. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the diagnosis and treatment options. She performed a comprehensive eye examination using advanced equipment and technology. She also gave me some useful tips on how to take care of my eyes and prevent further complications. I felt very confident and reassured by her expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs eye care services. They are truly the best in their field. - Ebrahim Taher

Dr Aida was very reluctant to cooperate with my SOCSO claim. The first time I requested a report for SOCSO, the doctor told me to check with the SOCSO staff first, saying it seemed like the claim might not be possible. Then, after I had already liaised with SOCSO and they asked me to proceed with the claim, the doctor avoided the issue again by saying that the illness could happen to anyone. She acted like I asked her to approve my claim while infact I just ask her to fill out the SOCSO form. The doctor made a sarcastic remark, saying "conjunctivitis can happen to anyone". I hope the doctor can show more empathy towards her patients and not brush off the symptoms they are experiencing. To the doctor, yes, conjunctivitis and its complication can happen to anyone, but remember accident also can happen to anyone. So to you, no one should ever claim for SOCSO even if they paid the insurance ? If this was just a simple conjunctivitis, I wouldn't even bother going through the trouble of making a claim. But this issue has been ongoing for over 9 months. The impact? My vision has become blurry, my left eye become smaller than the other, and I cant focus for long without feeling pain and pressure in my eye. * It affects my daily life, my work, and even my appearance * Ive spent thousands of ringgit and time for the frequent followups This problem occur in my workplace. 2 of my colleagues also had conjunctivits before me. There was an outbreak of conjunctivitis at that time. I contacted with many patients with conjunctivitis in the clinic I work. If the doctor lacks proper knowledge about SOCSO claims, then dont just assume you are in position to judge others, please. I feel very disrespected with this doctor lack of empathy
