Dr Saw Min Hong is the worst bedside manner doctor we have seen. As an oncologist, we expect patience and understanding when such a trauma condition diagnosed to your love one. Instead, no patience and no proper explanation when providing the treatment plan. Worst is his tone is unfriendly and sounds challenging to the family member and did not give any confident for us to go through the treatment with him. His tone was so loud that his voice can be heard from outside waiting rooms. He just saw us for less than 10 mins and basically shoo us out to see next patient. And only ask us to go for his treatment plan with the medical cost. A very money minded doctor:( Hope the management can look at his attitude and the way he handle patient and their family.

When we arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia, the needle that came with the injection device was missing. This is a fatal error by the nurse who dispensed the Forteo medication. This incident should not have happened, especially considering the medication is not cheap, costing around Rp 12 million. The medication is now unusable. Does such a nurse still deserve to be employed at the hospital?
