Dr. Gan Chye Chung is an amazing surgeon, not only is he extremely skilled, but he goes far beyond his duty. He even spends long hours doing extra checks just to ensure everything is fine. His dedication, professionalism, and care give patients full confidence. The nurses are also excellent, kind, supportive, and attentive throughout. But the billing team is consistently the weakest link here. This is not the first time we’ve had to wait excessively, and today again we were kept waiting for almost 2 hours with no proper explanation, even after asking many times. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. Such inefficiency on the billing side is disappointing, because it undermines the exceptional work of Dr. Gan and the nursing team, who deserve nothing less than 5 stars. Management needs to fix this urgently.
