I came with appointment at 2.10pm. Now its 4.47pm not yet attended by the ENT Doc. Really worst service. As a not feeling well patient waiting for so long and no one mentioned new patients are the last in the queue. Then what's meaning of appointment. Do they really know what is an appointment. The Nurses told me 'No Mam we follow the queue, first come first serve.' Those who came after me already went back. Dear others out there, pls think twice before visiting this Doc if u r new and first time visiting. Really irritating.
