I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr. Sharizan and all of her outstanding team attended to me ESPECIALLY Akka Sri Sasikala and Senior Staff Nurse Aisyah for the exceptional care and kindness shown to me throughout my treatment at Columbia Asia Setapak. Every time I step into Columbia Asia, I genuinely feel a sense of comfort and reassurance. From the reception staff right through to the final stages of care, the service has always been professional, warm, and attentive. It truly makes a difference when a patient feels seen, heard, and cared for at every level. Recently, my slipped disc condition flared up again and at that time my previous doctor, Dr. Yong, was unavailable. Looking back now, I believe this was Allah’s way of introducing me to Dr. Sharizan. She is incredibly sweet, graceful, and gentle, yet very confident and reassuring in her approach. Her explanations were clear, her manner was calming, and I felt completely safe under her care. Thank you, Doctor, for treating me with such compassion and professionalism. I would also like to sincerely commend the Physiotherapy Team! They are truly amazing individuals. Their hands work tirelessly every day; they are always “hands full,” attending to patients with dedication, patience, and genuine care.
