The registration and queue system is terribly bad. Wasting more than 3 hours just for the registration and queueing time from early in the morning was the worst ever experience. The only adding star for the hospital is dr. Tan Pek Yong. He is very detail in explanation. Toi bad he doesnt practice anywhere else

My daughter was delivered here and I have nothing but praises for the island hospital team. Everyone from the gynae team, and pediatrics, are top notch. Doctors Karen and Tan Pek Yong, labor, NICU, lactation, maternity ward nurses.. All spectacular. Medically, I highly recommend island hospital for everyone! Facilities wise though.. Haha. Hospital needs an ATM somewhere and the Macalister wing cafeteria needs to be updated to be equal to the Peel Wing.
