All is good. Dr Zaini & Nurse Hidayah awesome & service is very good

Praise be to God, during our time in the emergency department, Dr. Thilaga and her team treated my child efficiently and well. Upon admission to the pediatric ward on the 2nd floor, my child was placed in a four-bed room due to the unavailability of an isolation room. After the Pediatric Specialist, Dr. Zaini, reviewed my child, my child had to be transferred to the ICU isolation unit because my child turned blue and had low oxygen levels. Throughout the 2 nights in the ICU, praise be to God, all the ICU staff were friendly, good, and efficient. Every shift, they updated us on my child's condition, including eating, drinking, and bowel movements. Physiotherapist Aisyah was also very good and skilled at handling young children during percussion and suction procedures. Dr. Zaini was excellent in managing my child's illness, including follow-ups. However, upon transferring back to the ward on the 2nd floor, the staff there were somewhat tense. Only one nurse, wearing a blue uniform, young, but without a name tag (perhaps a new staff member), and a nurse assistant were friendly, offering smiles as we were preparing for discharge from the ward. Perhaps the staff-patient relationship needs improvement.

Thank you to the nurses of Ward 2A who celebrated my child's birthday today. I also extend my gratitude to Dr. Zaini and the staff nurses of Ward 2A for their very helpful and efficient service. Excellent service, well done guys, thumbs up! 👍

I prefer Dr. Hoe's clinic over Dr. Zaini's. The doctor explains everything about the medication and my child's illness one by one. The clinic staff, Kak Intan and Kak Ju at Dr. Hoe's clinic, and Kak Dayah at Dr. Zaini's clinic, are also very kind and helpful.
