The experience from enquiry through to admission and care gave us a feeling of being treated like VIPs. Thanks to Datin Dr Janie Lau and Sister Bee's encouragement, my siblings and I believe we have made the correct decision to choose Tung Shin for our dear mother. Our other siblings concur with us with how Sister Bee and her team work very hard and efficiently to provide the level of support and care to us and our mother from the moment of admission. The nurses treat us and the patient with politeness, respect and dignity. I can only attribute this consistency of support and care to Sister Bee's leadership.
