My experience with umsc was very satisfied. it starts from the phone call for an appointment to the day of knee surgery. Prof. Teo is the doctor who treated me. The explanation related to the problem I experienced was very detailed and clear. I really appreciated the friendly service from the medical staff. terrible service, i'm requesting for medical record for almost 3 months, still haven't got it. DR. Teo Seow Hui (orthopedic dept), it's not like we are requesting for free. Hope you can take this matter seriously
