I had a great experience at KPJ Sentosa. My sister was admitted under the care of Dr. Shahrid. Special thanks to Dr. Hanna from the A&E department and the nurses at A&E and the 5th floor – Izzaty, Nasuha, Syafiqah, Batrisyia, Hema, Ayu, Mimi, and Tan – for their excellent care and service. They were all very professional, patient, kind, and responsible in looking after my sister. Keep up the good work in treating all patients with such dedication and compassion. hello, I’m currently admitted to the hospital and under the care of Dr. Shahrid, who has been incredibly humble and patient in explaining my condition. He provided the appropriate treatment along with valuable advice to continue physiotherapy. I feel truly relieved and grateful to him because found a solution for my slipped disc. The doctors and nurses in the operating theatre were exceptionally kind and made me feel safe and calm throughout the process. Their gentle care and attention genuinely touched my heart. In the premium ward, the nurses have been just as wonderful , always kind, attentive, and making sure I’m comfortable whenever I needed assistance. Despite being admitted alone, their compassion made me feel truly understood and cared for, they treated me like a princess. I also want to appreciate the receptionist nurses who guided me through the initial procedures and were incredibly warm and friendly. The physiotherapists deserve a special mention too , they approached my condition with such understanding and guided me through each stretching movement step by step, helping me manage my sciatica steadily. Even the food service staff and cleaners were thoughtful and proactive, always ensuring I was well taken care of without any delay. Each and every one of them are deserve to be appreciated equally ❤️ Overall, I genuinely feel that KPJ Sentosa offers top-notch care with heart. Praise be to God, all the arrangements and services were very good and satisfactory. The treatment from the Orthopedic Specialist Doctor was excellent, professional, and dedicated. The nurses' service was also very, very pleasant and professional. The physiotherapist, especially Miss Tan, was also very good and showed great commitment to her duties. In conclusion, they were all rich in smiles, polite, and very satisfying to me.
