Dr Low Jer Wei and team should get an award for excellent job they do. I appreciate each and every one who I encountered in my entire journey in KPJ Batu Bahat Specialist Hospital. 1. Helpful staff direct us to correct direction and even took effort led us to the clinic personally. 2. I do noticed nurses who inject medicine took extra care and made sure to reduce my pain as much as they can. I am grateful that I received friendly and positive response when I share that I was in pain and fear of injections etc... this eased my pain and made me feel better. 3. Dr Low's quick thinking had saved my life, his explanation was clear, surgery done just in time. Thanks to his professionalism I am doing good recovery now. 4. On 18th Oct 23 a helpful and friendly nurse had help me to clean myself patiently, thanks to her I was finally feeling refreshed! 5. Physiologist patiently guide me in the rehabilitation session. 6. The facilities are quite new and able to accommodate my needs during my stay. I was admitted to KPJ Batu Pahat Specialist Hospital on 15/09/2024 & I had an emergency surgery due to Appendicitis. Thank you so much to everyone from the Ward Topaz,Food Service ( must be upgraded). Special thanks to Dr Low Jer Wei, the General Surgeon & my consulting doctor for the best treatment he gave as well as the detailed explanation from the beginning. Also Dr Asri, (anesthetis doctor )give me discount. Thank you so much doctor... My whole experience of 4 days stay with KPJ Batu Pahat feels good.
