Highly recommended For Dr.Avthar for Orthopaedic.He is very caring and responsible doctor. Very patient to give clear and detailed explanations during treatment. I'm so satisfied ❤️ But the main issue is the poor management of the discharge procedure. Patients need to take the medicine and no nurse come along when the patient go down until lobby! This is procedure ? Because why those day nurse will come along with patient until lobby and help to taking medicine from pharmacy. Last refund department too rude when asking questions regarding refund ! I’m totally understand too many patient needs to handle but in same have to respect and understand patient’s situation. Please have a look on this issue immediately.

Most useless service ever I received from Clinic Nurse (Dr Avthar Singh). They can never return call back as requested. Can’t provide a simple detail requested also. When we call in the clinic nurse acts as if they can’t hear anything & they hang up on the call. Lines are always busy for Dr Avthars clinic & when the operator can’t transfer the call. Messaged sent to call back to provide details requested by patient but NONE received!!!
