The reason I choose SMCV one of the reason is efficiency. However, this time I had an appointment with Dr Deborah Chew Chia Hsin who in INTERNAL MEDICINE, GASTROENTEROLOGY & HEPATOLOGY for scope surgery on today 7 May 2025 at 12.30pm. She told me to register early on 11am and yes, I’m arrived the hospital at 10.45am. I had done my register and waiting in the ward at 11.30am. However, I had wait till 14.37pm she has not appear. I asked nurses again and again, they informed that they had informed Dr Deborah but she also did not reply and did not appear. I don’t think this is correct way that the doctor did not inform any issue and as I know, she is not first time delay over 1 hour to let patients waiting in the ward. This is very irresponsible and unprofessional handling in private hospital. I hope SMCV can re-evaluate this kind of services.
