Came here due to appendicitis. Experienced pain at home and was brought to the emergency department. Overall, everything was fine. However, in the ED, there was a young male staff member who seemed a bit like a newbie. I think he was new to the job. Even inserting the needle felt painful. IV insertion was also painful. Once transferred to the ward, the nurse changed it and it wasn't painful. IV insertion was also steady. But it's okay, he's a newbie. He'll get better with time. Treated by Dr. P. Nathan. He is indeed professional and efficient. He wanted to perform the operation that same night. After 5 days of hospitalization, he checked on me daily. A very kind doctor. I feel like I want to become a doctor, but alas, I am just a factory technician. The only dissatisfaction here is with the administrative service. Insurance was approved early, but a room was not yet available. Discharge was also slow. But overall, it was okay.
