despite recent controversy surrounding the johor branch, the emergency department in bukit rimau was exceptional in its efficiency to treat my neck spasms (cervival spondylosis, according to the diagnosis). i especially want to thank the medical officer Dr Ami, the nurse (an indian lady whose name i unfortunately forgot in the midst of the pain), and the x ray expert (whose name i didn't catch), who were especially understanding of my pain and did their very best to accommodate. the finance department was also efficient in helping me with invoicing and receipt in the early morning to claim insurance. i was in pain so it wasn't exactly fantastic, but they were very understanding and accommodating.
