I am writing this review in Bahasa Melayu as I can better express my impressions and gratitude towards Dr. Imelda and Aini Afiqah in my own words. Dr. Imelda is a knowledgeable, well-informed, and dedicated doctor in her work as an O&G specialist. She is also generous with her knowledge, always sharing facts about pregnancy, balanced nutrition, and safe exercises during pregnancy, as well as advice on suitable supplements for me throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Imelda also consistently monitored and managed my health, especially since I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Meanwhile, the clinic assistant, Aini Afiqah, has been very helpful and is also dedicated to her work, arranging appointments and attending to the varied needs of patients. Aini Afiqah is friendly and kind-hearted, easy to communicate with, and she always makes things easier for me. Thank you, Dr. Imelda Balchin & Aini Afiqah! I had an amazing experience at DSH2, under my gynaes Dr. Imelda and her clinic assistant Aini Afiqah, and Dr. Haliza and Dr. Rashdan as the paed for my newborn. Having been to a few hospitals before this, I think KPJ DSH2 has the best specialists. The way they care for the patients goes way beyond. As patients, we can contact them personally through whatsapp should we have any questions. I have cervical insufficiency and was blessed to be under the care of Dr. Imelda throughout the whole pregnancy. Dr. Imelda was able to give me the answers to my condition, something that I didn't get from the doctors I've consulted previously. She was really attentive to my health status and also the baby. Special thanks to Afiqah also for always being extra helpful in assisting us the patients. During labor, I was under Dr. Haliza, assisted by Dr. Liew Yen Eit and my baby was under the care of Dr. Rashdan. Before the c-section operation, I was carefully explained by the doctors on the procedures and possible risks. Alhamdulillah, everything went well. My ward room was super nice and comfortable. Even the registration was a breeze, we didn't have to queue up at the lobby to register. A hospital personnel came up to our room to manage the registration process and also during the discharge. Overall, I am really impressed by the service, hospitality, the interior and facilities of the hospital. DSH2 will definitely be my go-to healthcare provider from now on ❤️

I attended Dr Imelda’s Women’s Clinic at DSH2 ever since she moved her clinic there. I am happy to report that it was a real pleasure and a great choice for me. Dr Imelda and her PA Afiqah were both very caring, courteous and professional. I felt safe in the hands of my doctor and shoutout to Afiqah for accommodating my requests, entertaining my questions and text messages all throughout my pregnancy. Top level services! Thank you to the team at Labor Room and Ward as well. They were very attentive and supportive throughout my labor and stay at the hospital. Highly recommended!
