I had a very good experience at Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre (OMSMC), both in terms of the doctor's treatment and the ward services. I am very satisfied with the treatment from Dr. Leong Kwong Yew (ENT Specialist). He is a kind and reassuring doctor who explains illnesses clearly and in detail, especially regarding sinus problems, making it easy for patients to understand. I was admitted to Ward 8B, Level 8, Room No. 819, from 23/12/2025 to 26/12/2025. The nurses' service was very professional, efficient, and always helpful. The ward room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The food provided was also very delicious and of good quality. Overall, the treatment and ward service experience was very satisfactory. Thank you to all the staff at OMSMC for their professional and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Overall the experience staying at this hospital was good. My daughter has rhinitis and under treatment of Dr. Leong. He is explaining the condition and solution clearly. Dr. Long is also another good Paediatrician. The nurses serving in the ward at 5th & 4th also very helpful and patient. The only complain from me is the sofa bad cost RM55 is charging a little bit higher compare to it comfortability.
