***C A U T I O N*** Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Unfriendly or at least overworked staff. Management/Customer Service doesn’t own up to any problems their staff or doctors cause. Worst hospital in KL!!! Only out to make money. Dr George John A/L K Thomas George will tell you in pre surgery consultations „how am I supposed to know, I’m not god”. And he won’t ask or consult you for medical materials that he will put in your body. He will use titanium materials that will stay in your body forever, even though he could have used absorbing (vanishing) materials which would make sense even to non-doctors right!? Common sense!!! And the reason he gave: “He’s always done it like that.”What!?!?!? So you don’t go with evolution of medical standards but “use” the knowledge from whenever?? So when Dr George John A/L K Thomas George hits a nerve in your belly area with a titanium tackle and installs one of the titanium tackles IN your abdominal muscle, have fun dealing with the pain for the rest of your life. I guess it didn’t make sense to use absorbing materials!!! I’m scarred for life - this hospital and Dr. is a disgrace for Malaysia!
