The whole experience was great! From customer service ( who actually remembered me from my last appointment) to the doctors, they were very attentive. Dr. Liew from ENT and Dr. Azlin , a resident MD were two of the most bubbly doctors who actually take interest in their patients. We need more hospitals like this!

Let me talk about the ending first. I spent thousands of Malaysian ringgits to see an ENT specialist (ear, nose and throat specialist). In the end, I was disappointed. In Malaysia, you can die but not get sick. At first, I got the flu virus. All aspects of my body had physical feedback. The most serious one was my nose because I had a blood test before and found that the EPV virus index was very high. The doctor at the clinic recommended to check the ENT to see if it was cancer. The main reason was that I got the flu. At first, I kept coughing until I coughed up blood for the first time, and then I had panic attacks and difficulty breathing at night. The flu really scared me. Then I looked for a hospital online and was recommended to go to Beacon Hospital for the first check-up. The result was a very bad experience. What I want to say is that my doctor is dr rxxmxxd. When I entered his room, he didn’t ask me much about my condition. It was just like a procedure. He inserted a needle into my nose and told me that it was not cancer. Then he told me to do a CT scan without saying anything. The most unbearable thing is that he kept recommending me to do this sinusitis surgery and said that I could pay the full amount with insurance. I said that my symptoms have not yet healed and he asked me to do surgery? I paid 14XX MYR later, and had a CT scan of my nose, and then asked me to make an appointment next time. When I met him for the second time, I wanted to at least explain the results of the CT scan, but the result was the same. He inserted the needle into my nose again, and didn’t explain the CT scan. Then he asked me when I would have the nose surgery? ? I was stunned? I had to pay another 600 later? It felt like he was trying to make money from insurance. The whole process really disappointed me. He didn’t ask me to take care of my health or give me a second option. He just told me to have surgery. Sinusitis can be very serious, but I really don’t recommend this doctor. Don’t go to Beacon for treatment if you are sick. Because they only want to make money, and don’t care about your life or death.
