I had a great experience with Dr Low Tze Hau and the hospital team. Dr Low is very professional and takes time to listen carefully, unlike many doctors who rush through their patients. He focused purely on solving my problem and reducing my pain, not on increasing hospital bills a true doctor who cares about his patients. The hospital staff were also very friendly and helpful, totally different from my past my experience at KPJ Tawakal where things were unprofessional and my wrist fracture was missed. Here everything was smooth and honest they didn’t even ask for a deposit, I paid only after my treatment, which was really unique. I truly respect the hospital management and salute the director for running such a well organised place. Thank you man.
