Thank you so much to customer service staff Erzidan Tatam and his colleague Shafiq. They have been so helpful to me and my family during my father’s admitted on 25th Oct 2024 in Pantai Hosp. Erzidan helped facilitate the ward admission while Shafiq (Insurance Department) helped take care of my little kids while I am busy to manage everything. The day after admission Erzidan even came to my father’s room to checked whether everything is good. I am so touched and grateful.🥰 And thank you so much to Dr. Fikri and Dr Rusdi for their kindness. My father really happy and very satisfied with their service provided. Definitely will recommend the doctors to my relatives and friends. 😊
